Sleep is an essential part of life. A good mattress not only provides comfortable sleep but also greatly benefits your health.
1. Regularly adjust the mattress's orientation: During the first year of use, rotate the mattress back and forth and top to bottom every three months to ensure even pressure distribution and extend its lifespan.
2. Maintain air circulation: To ensure the mattress's internal materials don't get damp and to increase comfort, ensure good air circulation in the room where the mattress is used.
3. Avoid jumping or placing heavy objects on the mattress. Avoid standing or jumping on the mattress in one spot or applying heavy pressure to a fixed point. This will cause uneven pressure distribution. Also, avoid sitting on the edge of the mattress for extended periods, which will shorten its lifespan.
4. Do not wash the mattress with water: If liquid is spilled and seeps into the mattress, do not wash it with water. Immediately use a highly absorbent cloth to squeeze out the liquid, then use a hairdryer on a cool or warm setting (never use hot air) or a fan to dry it. In addition, do not use dry cleaning solution to clean the mattress surface, as this may damage the fabric;
5. Do not smoke in bed or place the mattress near a flame;
6. Use a mattress protector: To ensure the hygiene of the mattress, cover it with a mattress protector before putting on the sheets;
7. Matching mattress pads: Do not place a board between the top and bottom mattress pads or place the top mattress pad on a damaged old mattress. You can purchase a matching bottom mattress pad to extend the life of the new mattress and improve sleep comfort. If the mattress surface is soiled, wipe it with alcohol promptly;
8. Handle with care: When moving the mattress, keep it upright and do not bend or fold it, as this will damage the mattress's frame and cause it to warp and deform.
